About Us

Saint Mark is unique in that we offer both "Traditional" and "Simple" worship experiences.

St Mark alternates every other Sunday morning, and a “Blended” service every 5th Sunday of a month. Music is richly presented through several talented and educated pianists, organists, and a guitarist as well as liturgies from the ELW publication, liturgist/composer Marty Haugen, as well as other resources. Special worship times are observed in light of the Church calendar; the Christmas Eve Candlelight Service and Lenten services with suppers during the weeks leading up to Holy Week and Easter.

In between Worship and Christian Education sessions, there’s time to become acquainted with one another as we “Greet ‘n’ Eat” with a variety of refreshments and fellowship.

Christian Education classes are for the very young as well as for adults of all ages. Our pastor conducts Holy Baptism classes, New Member instruction, Holy Communion and Catechism/Confirmation classes throughout the year.  A range of Bible Studies are presented over a series of weeks for both co-ed and women’s groups. Special intergenerational activities such as our Camp Discovery series, pitch-ins/cook-outs/picnics, and more are scattered throughout the church seasons too.~

Our Mission

United by God's grace, we are DISCIPLES FOR LIFE, daily called to ministry and mission for the sake of others and in witness to the Good News of Christ Jesus!

Lutherans are Christians who accept the teachings of Martin Luther
(1483 – 1546). Luther was a German theologian who realized that there were significant differences between what he read in the Bible and the practices of the Roman Catholic church at that time.
